Accounts

You can sign in with your email or Google. Keep access to that email secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. We may close accounts that are misused.

Quotes and proofs

Prices in the builder are shown in US dollars. Invoices and payment are in Canadian dollars at the equivalent amount. Shipping and any taxes are added to the quote before you pay. You can change a quote online until it is confirmed.

Your artwork

We engrave exactly what the approved proof shows. Check spelling, sizes and colors before you approve. Once a tag is engraved the text cannot be changed, so errors in an approved proof are not covered by a free remake. You confirm you have the right to use any text or logo you send.

Code compliance

Our templates follow common code wording, but the inspector and your engineer decide what is required. You are responsible for choosing wording that meets your project and local codes.

Problems

If a tag arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, email us within 30 days and we will remake it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tags.
