See the tag before you buy it
The builder draws each tag at true size as you type. Text that will not fit gets flagged before it reaches the engraver, so the proof you sign is the part you get.

Common questions
What is a lamacoid?
A lamacoid is an engraved phenolic or acrylic plastic tag. The sheet has a thin colored cap layer over a core of a second color, so engraving through the cap leaves crisp text in the core color. They are used to label electrical panels, breakers, disconnects, valves and equipment.
Do your labels meet NEC and NFPA 70E marking requirements?
We engrave the text, colors and sizes you choose. For arc flash, disconnect and solar placards we follow common NEC wording and color conventions in our starting templates, but the inspector and your engineer have the final say on wording.
How much do engraved panel labels cost?
Pricing is by billed area, rounded up to the next whole inch on each side, times a rate per square inch for the thickness. The builder shows your exact price per tag in US dollars before you order.
How long does an order take to ship?
Most orders are engraved within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Shipping time to the US depends on the service you pick at checkout.
