Damaged or wrong tags

If a tag arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, email us within 30 days and we will remake it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tags.

Check the proof first

We engrave exactly what the approved proof shows. Check spelling, sizes and colors before you approve. Once a tag is engraved the text cannot be changed, so errors in an approved proof are not covered by a free remake.

Changing an order

You can change a quote online until it is confirmed.
